The Technical Project Manager will establish mutually agreed upon measurements of success with all stakeholders as indicators of project performance and delivery. In addition, the position will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technical requirements to the client and provide client facing technical support for the implementation and installation of software. The Manager also needs to be able to research clients’ technologies and evaluate Enviance's ability to integrate with client's existing IT infrastructure. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, it is critical that the Technical Project Manager be able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and allocate resources, and monitor and track project progress against defined performance and delivery measurements. In addition, the position will facilitate, prepare for, and manage client and technical project-specific meetings and provide written, summarized meeting results to clients. After deployment, the Manager will provide post implementation support for complex projects and/or products that have been developed. |

2+ years environmental compliance/management experience (experience at a power plant, chemical plant or refinery a plus) TRAINING EXPERIENCE
| At least 2 years experience instructing technical and or software applications. | |
| Familiarity with compliance software and enterprise implementation. | |
| Some instructional design and development education or experience in developing a range of learning materials from job aids, instruction manuals or on-line learning courseware. |
| Provide training on system software to several levels of users, including end users power users and system administrators. | |
| Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions, workshops, as needed including ILT (Instructor Led Training) and (WBT) web based delivery. | |
| Assist in the review, revisions and updates to existing courses and programs including instructor led, train the trainer, and on-line learning courseware. | |
| Conduct partner training incorporating the software technology into sound implementation design for specific compliance solutions. | |
| Prepare periodic training reports as required. | |
| Provide Technical Assistance as necessary supporting implementation and Customer Service teams when requested. | |
| Work closely with the sales and services implementation teams to insure smooth roll-outs of software integration. | |
| Assist in various training related projects that may occasionally be required by the Training Department at corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. including Company sponsored meetings, training sessions, workshops, or conferences. | |
| Personable and supportive in managing a learning environment. | |
| Able to instruct and demonstrate concepts and workflow relationship related to the software capabilities. | |

A B.S. or B.A degree- A plus if in Physical Science or Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical.) Advanced math, chemistry, fluid dynamics, Thermodynamics, Material Science, or Combustion) OR -Power related military experience OR - Technical School Certification are all pluses.
