1. 4-7 years B2B technology sales experience (software as a service experience a HUGE plus, but not required)

1. 3-5 years in multi-media environmental compliance; experience that spans air, water, and waste quality compliance is a huge plus

The Technical Project Manager will establish mutually agreed upon measurements of success with all stakeholders as indicators of project performance and delivery. In addition, the position will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technical requirements to the client and provide client facing technical support for the implementation and installation of software. The Manager also needs to be able to research clients’ technologies and evaluate Enviance's ability to integrate with client's existing IT infrastructure.

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, it is critical that the Technical Project Manager be able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and allocate resources, and monitor and track project progress against defined performance and delivery measurements. In addition, the position will facilitate, prepare for, and manage client and technical project-specific meetings and provide written, summarized meeting results to clients. After deployment, the Manager will provide post implementation support for complex projects and/or products that have been developed.

1. Excellent analytical skills. 3+ years business experience including project management experience is required.


2. Software Development lifecycle experience.


3. Must be able to strategize with customers to help define business needs and develop solutions.


4. Ability to prioritize workloads, time manage their workday effectively, multi-task, work on a team, use analytical skills and work with a variety of personalities.


5. Willingness to travel to clients sites as necessary.


6. Strong technical skills and understanding of technology such as software, networking, web and systems development


7. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies a plus (MS SQL, .NET, C#, IIS).


8. Demonstrated proficiency in simultaneously managing the full lifecycle of multiple, small technical projects.


9. Solid self-management skills and is self-motivated.


10. Ability to quickly analyze complex problems, identify critical components and dependencies, and develop action plans accordingly to address the issues.
