When a new information system is selected, one of the biggest challenges is ensuring that individuals within your organization use the new technology. Enviance has developed and implemented a proven process to support the adoption and ongoing use of its System.

We work with you to identify the internal and external groups that may be impacted by, or simply need to know about, your new technology. In addition, Enviance develops a plan which incorporates communications and training to get your organization using the System as quickly and painlessly as possible - ensuring that you are realizing the value and benefits of your compliance management system as quickly as possible.

• Awareness: Providing a general understanding that an information management project is underway
• Understanding: Deeper knowledge of the project including "how it impacts me"
• Proof: Demonstrating why this project is the right decision for the organization
• Action: You will play a role in ensuring the System is being configured for your organization's unique needs.
• Training: The system has been configured and now it's time to train the different sets of users on the Enviance System.
• Adoption: Ensuring users feel comfortable with the System and establishing an internal user group (in conjunction with getting users involved in Envision, Enviance's user group)

And, throughout the process, we will gather feedback and incorporate it into the adoption plan for continuous improvement.
