Implementation
6 Step Process

The Enviance team uses a proven six-step methodology that has successfully streamlined the implementation process across many organizations in various industries and government entities.

Stage 1 - Project Planning
In this initial stage, Enviance personnel will conduct a kick-off meeting in order to discuss your project plan and schedule, and confirm desired outcomes. At the end of this meeting (or series of meetings) you and your project manager will be in sync and ready to delve into the project.

Stage 2 - Solution Definition
At this stage, the blueprints for your Enviance solution are being created. We will work with you to develop documents that define the system that will be built in later stages. Together, we map out the design for your solution.

Stage 3 - Data Discovery
Enviance personnel work with you to fill out the templates that will be used to build the foundation of your Enviance System. These populated templates contain information about your permits, requirements, reporting, workflow, and processes - and are the building blocks that will be configured in your System.

Stage 4 - Configuration
Now, your Enviance System is ready to be configured. We will use the templates that were populated in the Data Discovery stage to construct and configure your System to meet your unique business requirements.

Stage 5 - Solution Deployment
After the System has been configured to your organization's specifications, we will go through step-by-step training to educate users on the System. This is a great way to get questions answered for all users - from those only entering data or responding to tasks to users that are managing report generation or a specific process.

Stage 6 - Adoption Support
At this point, your System has been configured and users have been trained. Periodically, your project manager may conduct follow-up calls to confirm that you are using your Enviance System to its fullest potential, and maximizing your own benefits. We will help you improve your use of the solution by providing a support structure that may involve communications, additional training, and customer service.
