Envision is governed by a customer-led Industry Advisory Council and a value added partner-led Alliance Advisory Council. These councils are the governing bodies of the Envision user group with responsibility for:

−	Developing and executing Envision policies and procedures
−	Planning the annual Envision conference; establishing fees
−	Advising on product development priorities on behalf of the Envision community
−	Enhancing the value of Envision membership
−	Encouraging best practice sharing and networking
−	Increasing Envision membership within Enviance customer and partner community
