The Enviance User Group is governed by a customer-led Industry Advisory Council. This council is the governing body of the user group with responsibility for:

−	Developing and executing policies and procedures
−	Planning the annual user group conference; establishing fees
−	Advising on product development priorities on behalf of the user group
−	Encouraging best practice sharing and networking
−	Increasing awareness and adoption within the Enviance customer and partner community
