Opening Keynote Emerging Technologies for EHS & Sustainability: The Real State of Play

New technologies constantly hit the market, but which tools are best for your needs? In this session, NAEM will share its “Trends in Emerging Tech & EHS: What’s Really Happening Inside Companies?” report, which will look at what technologies companies have embraced and what to consider before making an investment. Cority will also share how these new technologies help its clients continue to evolve their EHSQ programs.

 

Hess Corporation Demonstrating Enviance

4 p.m.-4:45 p.m.

Hess Corporation operates onshore and offshore exploration and production operations across four continents and needed a way to accurately record safety observations in real-time from both connected locations in the field and where low bandwidth or intrinsically safe challenges required offline capture. Using Enviance, observation information rapidly integrates into daily and weekly safety meetings to quickly alert employees of learnings and hot spots. This session will teach you the importance of standardization to overall success as well as key strategies for engaging all employees and how leveraging dashboards has influenced the safety culture at Hess.

Here, you’ll learn how Koch Fertilizer first used ehsAI and continued to incorporate the technology into its EHS program as it gained broader acceptance throughout the organization. Koch Fertilizer will also share how organizations can use AI to significantly save costs and how other organizations can integrate ehsAI into any environmental management system.

 

Taking the Waste Out of Waste With Shell

As part of its new global waste management program, Shell turned to the myCority mobile solution to help standardize its waste management process throughout the organization. In this session, Shell will discuss how myCority allowed the company to easily track movements, asset availability, and waste shipments as well as easily move containers, access information via barcode, conduct weekly inspections, and report waste discrepancies from any device or location for optimized transport costs.
