Greg McCall is Principal Engineer at American Electric Power (AEP) and an experienced leader in the EHS space. He’s been with AEP for over three decades, starting in the Analytical and Research & Development Section of the Mechanical Engineering Division before transitioning to the Acid Rain program in Environmental Affairs in 1992, and then again to the Environmental Strategy and Compliance Planning Group of Environmental Services in 1995. He holds a Master’s of Science degree from Purdue University’s School of Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics (with a minor in Business Administration) from Hope College.
Bill Aston , IAC Board Member Compliance Systems Manager Magellan Midstream Partners, LP
Bill Aston is a Compliance Systems Manager for Magellan Midstream Partners, LP. He has 40 years of Oil and Gas experience and has worked with numerous Engineering and Oil and Gas Companies. Bill has an extensive Engineering and Information Technology academic background, and was part of an engineering design team to oversee the install an eight-leg oil production platform offshore India in 1980. At Magellan, Bill utilizes Enviance as the backbone of the company’s System Integrity Plan, supporting their commitment to safe, compliant, and efficient design, operations, and asset maintenance.

Eric Chang is an Environmental Audit Supervisor for Norfolk Southern Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia. Eric has over 18 years of experience in environmental compliance auditing, environmental management systems, regulatory and compliance management, air quality, hazardous and solid waste management, SPCC, stormwater, training and awareness, program development, and project management.
Stephanie Harden , IAC Board Member EHS Compliance Manager Koch Ag & Energy Solutions
Stephanie Harden is an EHS Compliance Assurance Manager at Koch Ag and Energy Solutions. Ms. Harden has over 20 years of experience in environmental compliance and remediation services. She has a Master of Business Administration from Baker University, and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science/Geology from Emporia State University. She worked for an environmental consulting firm for 14 years prior to working for Koch .Ms. Harden’s technical experience includes developing scopes of work and cost estimates, site investigation, quality assurance and quality control of data, database management, report preparation, remediation technology development, remedial selection, implementation and optimization, and regulatory compliance. In her current role, Ms. Harden is responsible for the administration and management of Enviance, the primary KAES environmental compliance management system
Ryan Hicks, IAC Board Member Director of EH&S Services Walmart, Inc.
Ryan has been with Walmart in the EH&S department since 2008, working primarily in Water Compliance with responsibility for the Wastewater and Stormwater Teams. His main focus in these areas has been implementing digital transformation for environmental compliance and services in areas that traditionally lack digital systems. This transformation includes field electronic data capture, real time telemetry monitoring, use of systems and data to drive continuous improvement, and implementation of heat maps and scorecards to provide life cycle analysis to assets and equipment. Ryan is currently responsible for hazardous waste, automotive compliance, distribution center water compliance, and other water related compliance services for the US. Ryan has a BA in Chemistry with an emphasis on Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis and a MS of Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. Ryan holds his CHMM, PMP, and Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to coming to Walmart, Ryan spent over 5 years at Consumer Testing Labs performing third party label compliance chemistry for retail food goods.
Ethan Hinkley, IAC Board Member Air Quality Compliance Manager Red Cedar Gathering Company
Ethan Hinkley is the Air Quality Compliance Manager at Red Cedar Gathering Company. He’s spent fourteen years in the air quality/EHS field and has extensive experience with Federal, State, and Tribal air permitting. Ethan has coordinated regulatory deadlines for three different states and 40+ facilities, including assisting the Southern Ute Tribe with the development of their Part 70, Title V air permitting program.
Rebecca Roberts, IAC Board Member Environmental Facility Compliance Specialist Eversource
Rebecca Roberts is an Environmental Facility Compliance Specialist for Eversource. She is responsible for Connecticut compliance, and is a subject matter expert for all the CT buildings to ensure compliance with state regulations. Rebecca arranges waste pick-ups for 28 facilities including the inspections of the Annex and CSA area. She’s also responsible for SPCC plans at the facility level and serves as internal audit liaison at all CT facilities.
