Amy Stelling, President and Chief Executive Officer
Amy is a seasoned leader in the software industry, bringing valued experience to Enviance. Before joining the company, Amy was executive in residence at Battery Ventures, where she worked alongside the firm’s private equity team to find and assess potential enterprise-software investments, including buyouts, rollups and take-privates. Prior to that, Amy spent 13 years at HighJump Software, a supply-chain management software company. At HighJump, Amy held various roles, including senior vice-president and general manager for the direct-store delivery division, as well as senior VP of the worldwide support division, which was part of a larger supply-chain execution group. Earlier in her career, Amy worked as a consultant for ZAMBA Solutions implementing CRM Solutions. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire
Will Dunlap, Vice President of Finance
Will Dunlap joined Enviance as the Financial Controller in 2016 and is responsible for all financial and accounting matters. Prior to Enviance, Will spent six years with RSM US LLP, a leading U.S. provider of audit, tax, and consulting services. At RSM, Will started in the Assurance group, working on financial statement audits for a wide variety of middle market businesses. After four years in Assurance, Will transitioned into RSM’s Consulting group, spending two years in Transaction Advisory Services focusing on buy and sell side M&A due diligence. Prior to RSM, Will worked for two years in the accounting department of Torrey Pines Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank serving local businesses in the San Diego area. Will is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from San Diego State University.
John Sinnott, Chief Technology Officer
John has over 15 years of experience in leading the design, implementation, and operational support of scalable SaaS and PaaS software solutions. His software designs have led directly to many of the key capabilities of the Enviance System, such as its numeric calculation engine, the EIFL integration suite, and the Enviance Apps platform. John began his career at Enviance as a Software Engineer, then moved on to the position of Lead Software Architect. Since 2014, John has served as CTO. As CTO, John and his team are responsible for all aspects of software architecture, implementation, and operations at Enviance and together they excel at finding technical solutions that meet and exceed customer needs. John received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pomona College, Claremont, CA.
Amanda Smith, Vice President of Product Management
Amanda brings over 10 years of experience designing, deploying and supporting, cloud based software solutions, with a strong foundation in human/computer interaction. As VP, Product Management, Amanda and her team are responsible for developing the Product Strategy, directing the Product Roadmap, and supporting and enhancing the Enviance line of products. Amanda's leadership has resulted in Enviance market leading software solutions and deep customer satisfaction enjoyed by our customers today. Amanda joined Enviance from DTE Energy Services where she served as a companywide liaison and technical expert for the design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise software. Prior to that Amanda worked in the Assistive Technology field where she evaluated and implemented technology solutions to promote safety, independence and self-sufficiency for individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Amanda received her B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Ben Archibald, Vice President of Professional Services
Ben offers a broad base of experience including strategy, professional service management, software product design and development, and systems integration. Ben was a co-founder of Remedy Interactive prior to its acquisition by Enviance. At Remedy Interactive he oversaw product management and product engineering. Prior to Remedy Interactive, Ben was the founder and president of ChangeMedia Inc., a San Francisco based software development professional services firm. At ChangeMedia, Ben’s leadership resulted in a company acquisition by Syntegra, then the systems integration arm of British Telecom. Past experience includes strategic and technological consultations for clients such as Barclay’s Bank, Cisco Systems and a variety of startups. Ben earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Macalester College. Ben is also the co-founder and director of Nicenet, a 501(c)(3) organization serving the education community.
Joe McManus, Vice President of Sales
With over 20 years of experience, Joe is an accomplished sales executive with a successful record of developing, scaling, and leading sales teams; driving revenue and profit growth globally; business strategy development; and world-class sales execution, while achieving high levels of client satisfaction. His assignments include sales leadership and sales and business planning – including positions with large publicly held companies, fast-growing private equity portfolio companies, and wholly-owned private companies. Joe joins Enviance after 2 years of sales leadership in the safety and energy management/sustainability software market. Before that, Joe worked as Vice President of Global Sales at Quantum Retail – an innovative merchandise optimization software company where he helped the company doubled in size – and HighJump Software – a supply-chain management software company, recognized as the fastest growing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) vendor by ARC Advisory Group in his tenure. Earlier in his career, Joe worked as an Account Executive in the Enterprise Software market. He received his MBA from The University of Dayton and his bachelor’s degree in marketing from The Ohio State University.
