Amy Stelling, President and Chief Executive Officer
Amy is the President and CEO of Enviance, a leader in SaaS EHS software solutions. In her three years of leadership at Enviance, Amy has used her experiences and skills to drive business growth, advance technology innovation, and improve customer satisfaction. Before joining the company, Amy was executive in residence at Battery Ventures a global, technology-focused investment firm, where she worked alongside the firm’s private equity team to find and assess potential enterprise-software investments, including buyouts, rollups and take-privates. Prior to that, Amy spent 13 years at HighJump Software, a supply-chain management software company. At HighJump, Amy held various roles, including senior vice-president and general manager for the direct-store delivery division, as well as senior VP of the worldwide support division. Amy received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Will Dunlap, Vice President of Finance
Will Dunlap leads the Finance organization at Enviance. As the VP of Finance, Will is responsible for all financial and accounting matters. Prior to Enviance Will spent 6 years with RSM US LLP, a leading U.S. provider of audit, tax and consulting services. At RSM Will started in the Assurance group working on financial statement audits for a wide variety of middle market businesses and has extensive experience on the buy and sell side of M&A due diligence. Prior to RSM, Will worked in accounting for Torrey Pines Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank serving local businesses in the San Diego area. Will is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance both from San Diego State University.
John Sinnott, Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, John leads the technology vision, software development, and application operations for Enviance. He and his team are responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle at Enviance from design through operations. John and his team built the first SaaS EHS application as a multi-tenant cloud service and has over 15 years of experience helping customers reduce the cost of information management supporting their EHS programs. John is a strong advocate for services-oriented architectures to promote innovation, cross-system collaboration, and operational excellence. Under his direction, Enviance software has developed into a platform with comprehensive and innovative APIs that enable powerful automation and integration capabilities, user mobility, flexible data analytics, and scalable systems and teams. John received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pomona College, Claremont, CA.
Amanda Smith, Chief Solutions Officer
Amanda brings over 10 years of experience designing, deploying and supporting, cloud based software solutions, with a strong foundation in human/computer interaction. As VP, Product Management, Amanda and her team are responsible for developing the Product Strategy, directing the Product Roadmap, and supporting and enhancing the Enviance line of products. Amanda's leadership has resulted in Enviance market leading software solutions and deep customer satisfaction enjoyed by our customers today. Amanda joined Enviance from DTE Energy Services where she served as a companywide liaison and technical expert for the design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise software. Prior to that Amanda worked in the Assistive Technology field where she evaluated and implemented technology solutions to promote safety, independence and self-sufficiency for individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Amanda received her B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Ben Archibald, Vice President of Customer Success
Ben offers a broad base of experience including strategy, professional service management, software product design and development, and systems integration. Ben was a co-founder of Remedy Interactive prior to its acquisition by Enviance. At Remedy Interactive he oversaw product management and product engineering. Prior to Remedy Interactive, Ben was the founder and president of ChangeMedia Inc., a San Francisco based software development professional services firm. At ChangeMedia, Ben’s leadership resulted in a company acquisition by Syntegra, then the systems integration arm of British Telecom. Past experience includes strategic and technological consultations for clients such as Barclay’s Bank, Cisco Systems and a variety of startups. Ben earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Macalester College. Ben is also the co-founder and director of Nicenet, a 501(c)(3) organization serving the education community.
